Responsibilities Your time will be divided between leading cross-functional technical projects, building and reviewing architectures on our squads (our stack is PHP, React, and Type

Script) Youll be setting and driving coding standards, technical processes, and tooling across engineering You''ll prioritize and work on multiple projects from start to finish, balancing quality, stability and project delivery.

Through code reviews and mentoring, you''ll set a high-quality bar.

As well, youll actively look for ways to improve the overall quality of our codebase.

You''ll work across teams to promote an open, collaborative approach to architecture, technical patterns, and complex problem solving.

Qualifications Youve got 8+ years of SaaS application development experience under your belt, with a track record of leading technical initiatives to successful outcomes.





You have closely collaborated with other Staff on foundational engineering decisions and product development.

Youve previously held a Staff Developer or higher title, and youre ready to hit the ground running at that level.

Youre full-stack, hands-on, and coding daily.

You''re also able to zoom out and guide system-wide decisions.

Youve architected complex systems, balancing performance, scale, and developer experience.

Youve worked closely with Product, and UX/UI Designers to translate high-level goals into elegant, scalable interfaces.

Youve got serious chops in software observability; you know how to build for it, teach it, and scale it across teams. AI tooling doesnt scare you.

Youve dabbled (or more than dabbled) in using AI to generate components, test code, or streamline code review.

You thrive in ambiguity and can operate at different levels, from system architecture down to pair programming with a junior dev.

You know how to delegate effectively, and youre excellent at unblocking teams and keeping things moving.
