Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate job search workshops in-person and online • Support clients in individual and group career development • Engage with community partners for effective outreach • Adapt sessions based on client needs and feedback • Maintain confidentiality and ethical decision-making
Requirements: • University degree or relevant training in Employment or Human Services • Experience in a client-centered support environment • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset • Experience in career development preferred
