SRCHC is seeking a Health Promoter for the Mobile Health Clinic and Health Access Taylor Massey. The role requires coordinating health promotion programming, health education delivery, and community outreach across the HATM and partner sites.
You will support clinic operations, assist diverse populations facing barriers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance equity in primary care and preventive services.
