Become a crucial part of the nutrition team at Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg as a Diet Aide. Your role will involve meal preparation, tray assembly, and compliance with food safety standards.

In this in-person role, you will manage the accurate assembly of meal trays and portion food items based on established guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of work areas and participating in Quality Assurance Programs for optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assembles meal trays according to ticket specifications
• Prepares food items as per prep charts and labels
• Cleans and maintains kitchen equipment and small wares
• Restocks food supplies in designated service areas
• Engages in Quality Assurance initiatives

Requirements:
• Previous experience in food service preferred
• Completion of Grade 10 education
• Valid Food Handler's certificate required
• Effective communication skills in English
• Must meet physical demands of lifting 20 to 45 lbs
