We are seeking a committed educator with a current BC ECE license to join our team. Your role will involve building respectful relationships and using observation to support children's development. With a minimum of one year’s experience with children aged 2.5 to 5, you'll co-create engaging learning experiences in accordance with the BC Early Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster children’s well-being and belonging through responsive interactions
• Utilize pedagogical documentation to inform educational practices




• Create emergent learning experiences based on children’s interests
• Maintain inclusive and culturally responsive environments
• Collaborate with families and colleagues to enhance learning

Requirements:
• Valid BC ECE License to Practice Certificate
• Current First Aid Certification
• Transparent criminal record check
• Minimum one year working with children aged 2.5-5 years
• Availability for 4 to 7.5 hours daily
