Salary: 120-140k base + bonus

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity in one our Canadian hub offices: Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, or Montreal

About the role
As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex, client-facing IT and business transformation projects within the PMO. This role provides end-to-end ownership—from initiation through closure—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations and Insight’s project delivery standards.

Lead and manage multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously across various clients and industries

Own full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Define scope, objectives, deliverables,



and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 15 years of project management experience with at least 5 years of experience in client-facing project and program management across multiple customers.

Proven ability to manage complex, client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders

Strong financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, margin management)
