As a Spa Receptionist you'll be the welcoming face of the spa - overseeing the reception area, managing phone inquiries, and providing warm, attentive service to every guest. If you enjoy creating memorable experiences and working in a calm, beautiful setting, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities: Answer all in-coming phone calls in a professional manner according to company standards.
Share knowledge on spa services, local activities and attractions with clientele.
Book spa appointments (i.e. confirm treatment, time to arrive, spa cancellation policy).
Ensure spa bookings allow for adequate break times for Massage Therapists and Aestheticians.
Liaise with Massage Therapists and Aestheticians,



ensuring they have an updated list of their appointments.
Welcome guests, ensure appropriate paperwork is completed. Provide product knowledge and sell spa products to clientele.
Understand basic accounting principles, including debit and credit card transactions and maintain a cash float.
Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
Additional duties as assigned to support guest and business needs.
