As a vital member of HomeSpace Society, the Maintenance Technician will ensure that our affordable housing units are safe and well-maintained. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, and executing preventative maintenance schedules. Attention to detail and effective communication with residents and contractors will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and emergency repair tasks

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant maintenance experience
