As a Foot Care Nurse, you'll be an integral part of a compassionate healthcare team serving clients with various healthcare needs. Your role is vital in delivering quality, adhering to professional nursing standards, and ensuring seamless communication with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. You will travel across designated regions, attending to foot care needs while supporting other clinical programs as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide foot care services within patients’ homes
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments




• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for optimal care
• Engage in client consultations and follow-up care
• Document clinical activities accurately and timely

Requirements:
• RPN with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Foot Care Certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support required
• Experience in specialized nursing care preferred
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License for travel across regions
• Ability to work day shifts and in diverse environments
