Join Lookout Housing and Health Society as a full-time Clinical Resource Worker, focusing on direct support for adults facing challenges. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client welfare.

Your responsibilities as a Clinical Resource Worker will encompass intake procedures and ongoing client support in a 24/7 residential workplace. You will engage with clients, helping them navigate community resources and managing documentation related to their activities and needs. A solid understanding of addiction and mental health services is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform client intakes and evaluations
• Inform clients of available support resources




• Document client support activities and outcomes
• Address immediate health crises and other emergencies
• Guide clients in developing self-care and life skills

Requirements:
• Related Diploma or Certificate
• Two years of relevant experience preferred
• Current First Aid Certification required
• Knowledge of community resource systems
• Clean criminal history for vulnerable sector work
