In this role, you will apply your critical thinking and assessment skills in providing high-quality, family-centered care. Your work will involve collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans for young patients recovering from brain and spinal cord injuries, along with orthopedic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient conditions
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited practical nurse program
