This position reports to the Head of Ticket Sales and is vital for driving the growth of the Ottawa REDBLACKS and Ottawa 67’s fan base. With a focus on individual and group ticket sales, you will enhance customer experiences through tailored service strategies. Candidates should excel in high-volume sales environments, utilizing both traditional and innovative approaches to increase revenue and fan engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute ticket sales plans for new fans
• Grow and service group ticketing packages




• Manage existing sales accounts for REDBLACKS and 67’s
• Enhance experiences for season seat members
• Support sales at games and events

Requirements:
• Background in Sports Business Management preferred
• 0-2 years in direct sales or relationship management
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organization
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
