In this role, you will provide support and guidance to residents facing challenges such as homelessness and addiction. Expected skills include case management, crisis intervention, and collaboration with community agencies. You will also develop SMART goals with residents and facilitate workshops tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and orient recent residents to programs
• Conduct intake interviews and assessments
• Provide emergency crisis intervention support
• Develop goals with residents and conduct progress reviews
• Maintain accurate resident case notes and reports

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in social services or mental health
• At least one year of related frontline experience
• Knowledge of homelessness and marginalization issues
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• First Aid certification and satisfactory Police Information Check
