We are hiring a full time Youth Worker for a five-month contract at mYplace starting September 1, 2026. This role requires engaging with young individuals, offering creative solutions, and managing crisis situations. You will play a key role in implementing workshops and support systems that make a substantial difference in LGBTQIA+ youth lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide innovative support and referral options
• Develop workshops collaboratively with youth input
• Ensure participant safety and well-being
• Complete essential documentation and tracking
• Facilitate emergency response procedures when necessary

Requirements:
• Minimum two years working with marginalized youth
• Post-secondary credentials in Social Work or similar
• Certification in first aid and crisis management required
• Understanding of housing systems in Toronto
• Excellent organizational and communication skills needed
