The successful candidate will lead the Material Supply Team at IMP Aerospace & Defence in Canada. This position focuses on training staff, ensuring inventory meets operational needs, and compiling reports to coordinate with suppliers. In addition, you will actively manage high-priority requisitions and performance indicators within an operationally driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train the Material Supply Team personnel
• Maintain inventory levels to fulfill operational requirements
• Compile and address shortage reports with suppliers




• Expedite and manage critical requisitions
• Monitor performance indicators for operational targets

Requirements:
• Degree in supply chain management or related field
• Minimum five years’ progressive supply chain experience
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Clear eligibility for security regulations compliance
