As the Manager of the Clinical Learning Resource Centre (CLRC), you'll provide strategic leadership to advance educational programs for Academic Health Sciences learners. This full time role involves overseeing daily operations, developing simulation-based experiences, and managing resources effectively. Your skills in leadership, adults' immersive education, and team management will drive impactful learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee simulation-based educational activities at CLRC • Manage staff performance and recruitment processes • Coordinate simulation resources,
ensuring readiness and compliance • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and partners • Support the development of educational programs and quality assurance
Requirements: • Five years of leadership experience in a multidisciplinary setting • Background in adult teaching-learning approaches • Strong skills in program development and financial management • Proven ability in building collaborative relationships • Post-secondary education in a healthcare field is preferred
