Working within a cross-functional team of Engineering, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Procurement, this role supports both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining operations. The successful candidate balances autonomy with guidance, takes ownership of assigned work, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes, yield, and overall operational performance.Primary ResponsibilitiesProcess Development & OwnershipDevelop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures for MX productsCreate and update PFMEA, control plans, SPC strategies, tooling, and test proceduresTranslate engineering specifications into robust, repeatable manufacturing processesSupport documentation updates including work instructions and MES authoringNPI & Mechanical Project ExecutionLead or support moderately complex mechanical projects within Operations EngineeringContribute to NPI activities, ensuring manufacturability and process readinessIdentify gaps or adjacent tasks that improve overall product and process performanceSupport design‑for‑manufacturability (DFM)
