reports and other documents to appropriate personnel and departmentsRelays residents' requests for assistance to appropriate departmentEnters resident maintenance service requests into appropriate softwareEnters potential resident information into the Client Relationship Management softwarePerforms a wide variety of assignments, which are sometimes confidential in nature Receives, processes and records client paymentsEnsures client safety by following and applying all standard operational procedures, safe work practices and training providedAdditional duties as required.About YouHigh School / GED completionMinimum 2 years experience working in a hotel, Retirement Living or hospitality-based position considered an assetExcellent computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office Suite; Previous hospitality/customer service experience is an asset, especially with seniors; A friendly outgoing spirit is a definite assetExperience with cash flowKnowledge of Medical Terminology is considered an assetRequired to be available for day, evening and weekend shifts as requiredA passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.Outstanding People is a core value at Shannex, grounded in the belief that our team members are the spirit and foundation of our organization.
