We're looking for a Fractional Client & Operations Consultant to join our team in a role that blends operational support with hands on coordination for both Araam Sae Consulting and the clients we serve. This role begins part-time, with room to grow as our client work expands.Range: $22–24Hours: 60–120 per month (growth and skill based)About the RoleAs our Fractional Client & Operations Consultant, you'll support both:Araam Sae Consulting: helping us stay organized internally, from documentation to day-to-day coordination, andOur consulting clients: provide executive assistant style support, building out procedures, and keeping their operations running smoothly, as part of the services we provide.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive assistant style support tailored to each client's working style and paceDevelop and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating guidesTrack tasks and follow up with team members to keep projects on scheduleManage inbox correspondence on behalf of clients and internallySupport day to day operational tasks, documentation,
