Join Polytainers as a Molding Packer, focusing on precision in packing production parts. Responsibilities include quality checks and maintaining cleanliness on the production line in a supportive team environment.

The Molding Packer will report to the Molding Cell Leader and ensure efficient packing of molded parts, conducting inspections for defects. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage packing materials effectively. You will also assist in line clearance and provide support to colleagues during breaks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pack parts into boxes following specified guidelines
• Assemble and label boxes accurately
• Inspect molds for quality and defects
• Clear lines for product changes and assist leads
• Maintain a clean packing area and update production boards

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing
• Strong communication skills in English
• Adaptable to changing work needs
• Excellent teamwork abilities
