As a Monitoring Analyst at JSN, you will support the Integrated Security Operations Centre (ISOC) in identifying online threats and suspicious activities. Your expertise in OSINT tools and strong analytical skills will enhance community safety through vigilant monitoring and investigative assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to research efforts in a dynamic, in office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor online platforms for potential threats in real-time
• Maintain keyword queries, dashboards, and alert workflows
• Review and triage findings to identify urgent issues




• Conduct assessments of incidents and threat patterns
• Produce clear alerts and operational reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
• Proven experience in security or monitoring roles
• 2 years of OSINT tools and monitoring workflow expertise
• Strong analytical judgment with credible threat assessment
• Familiarity with databases and structured research workflows
• Basic technical skills in Python or SQL advantageous
