This structured program is designed for recent graduates interested in nursing. Over 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to learn alongside experienced RNs, enhancing your skills through a personalized plan. The first phase focuses on enhanced orientation, while the second allows independent practice with mentorship to guide your decisions and build confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver diverse nursing services to patients
• Implement critical thinking for effective patient care
• Advocate and counsel patients and their families
• Facilitate health promotion and patient-centered care
• Align practice with organizational values
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Eligible for registration with CRNA
• BCLS-HCP certification required
• Recent graduates preferred for eligibility
