We are on the lookout for an experienced Finishing Grader Operator to support our civil road construction projects in Yukon’s remote camps. This full-time, seasonal position demands a focus on safety and high-quality work.

With at least 3 years of finishing grader experience, you will be key in shaping precise road surfaces. Candidates should showcase their ability to interpret plans and handle equipment independently while adapting to dynamic site conditions and strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Cat 14M, Cat 14H graders for final grading
• Interpret grade stakes, site plans, and survey details
• Coordinate with gravel truck teams for productive transport
• Engage with foremen and surveyors on task completion
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on graders

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of finishing grader operation experience
• Proven precision in achieving grade tolerances
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5 minimum)
• Relevant safety certifications advantageous
• Physically capable of working long shifts outdoors
