This role offers a chance to develop expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). You will summarize financial statuses while building strong relationships with clients and contributing to new workflow approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect data to prepare financial reports and analyses
• Review and rectify discrepancies in financial records
• Assist clients with accounts receivable and payable processes
• Collaborate on engagements and produce technical summaries
• Maintain organized files for clients and businesses
Requirements:
• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Completion of CPA program prerequisites is an asset
• Experience in customer or client service is preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software a plus
• Previous office accounting experience is beneficial
