Key Responsibilities:
• Generate revenue from facilities and construction clients
• Maintain customer relationships as their main point of contact




• Prospect recent accounts and reactivate dormant clients
• Partner with divisions for promoting cross-selling efforts
• Develop and deliver client presentations on services

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or similar experience
• Three years of sales experience required
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
