Take charge of administrative tasks as an Administrator in the Hearings Director's Office located in Edmonton, Alberta. This full-time, hybrid role requires robust organizational skills for managing compliance timelines.

You will provide essential support to the Hearings Director and other managers, overseeing various administrative processes. Your role includes file management, overseeing complaint submissions, and ensuring swift responses to critical issues. Your attention to detail will help maintain a smooth operation in administrative functions, which is key to the success of the Hearings team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the administrative processes of the Complaint Review Committee
• Coordinate calendar management for the Hearings Director




• Monitor communications for timely actions
• Draft necessary documentation for Alberta Ombudsman inquiries
• Develop and maintain essential databases for the office

Requirements:
• Certificate in Legal Administration or similar field
• 3 years in regulatory, legal, or related environments
• Strong analytical and writing abilities
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Office 365 programs
