Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success and seamless functioning of the distribution centre.



Other duties include:Managing inventory levels and maintaining accuracy between physical stock and system dataResponding to shipping discrepancies and ensuring first-call resolution with the Customer Service DeskReviewing and approving payroll and managing employee relations, including performance feedback and team development of up to 10 associatesManage and analyze weekly and monthly KPI reports, delivering clear, actionable insights that support informed decision making and performance based compensationManaging the transportation and on-time delivery of goods, ensuring cost-efficient processes and compliance with contracted freight companiesCompleting quarterly inventory counts and collaborating with Inventory Management team to optimize stock levels based on market needsSupport a portion of a $25M budget through detailed cost analysis and financial projectionsDesign and implement distribution and customer service strategies aligned with the organization's goals, utilizing operational metrics to drive improvements and ensure adherence to end-to-end processes and procedures for inbound and outbound operationsEnsuring adherence to safety policies and procedures in the workplaceWhat does it take to get on track?Completion of high school diploma or GED and 5 years of customer service experienceA minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the distribution industry is required, or a combination of relevant education and experience may be consideredPrevious experience in managing a warehouse and customer service staff is considered a strong assetSupply Chain Management courses and certificates are preferredAs part of our commitment to safety and integrity, successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and credit check prior to employment.Fountain Tire is committed to providing a supportive and innovative environment where you can develop your skills and grow your career.
