The ideal candidate will define enterprise architecture, design scalable Archer solutions, establish integration and security patterns, and provide technical leadership for complex GRC transformations Key Responsibilities Define enterprise architecture and solution strategy for RSA Archer/GRC implementations Design scalable Archer solutions supporting Risk, Compliance, Audit, Privacy, and Regulatory programs Establish integration patterns, data models, security architecture, and platform governance Lead architecture reviews, roadmap planning,



and modernization initiatives Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align Archer capabilities with governance objectives Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for complex Archer transformations Define best practices and standards for Archer platform development and implementation Support platform optimization, scalability, security, and long-term architecture planning Required Skills Strong RSA Archer/GRC platform experience Enterprise and solution architecture experience Strong knowledge of Risk, Compliance, Audit, Privacy, and Regulatory processes Experience with integration architecture and data modeling Strong security architecture and platform governance knowledge Experience leading architecture reviews and modernization initiatives Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong technical leadership and problem-solving abilities
