Dental Crafts is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator for a full time maternity leave coverage position, up to 18 months, based in Newfoundland and Labrador. You will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and enter case orders into the ERP system with great accuracy.
The role also involves coordinating case production, shipping/receiving, invoicing, and AR tasks, while supporting supply chain and operations under supervision.
