Step into the role of Senior Governance Analyst, Risk & Control at TD in Toronto, Ontario. Drive compliance and risk management efforts while working collaboratively across global teams.

As a key member of the Governance & Control team, you will focus on ensuring effective controls are in place for TD Securities. Your role includes performing Risk and Control Self-Assessments, analyzing processes, and collaborating with business leaders on governance initiatives. You will also support the continuous improvement of internal controls and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Value Chain and Assessable Unit inventories
• Conduct comprehensive Risk and Control Self-Assessments
• Enhance processes and reduce duplication in controls




• Report exceptions and facilitate remediation strategies
• Support ad-hoc initiatives from a risk management perspective

Requirements:
• University degree; accounting/auditing qualification preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in Risk or Compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to adapt to various initiatives
• Capability to manage confidential information properly
