Your responsibilities include consulting with the Custody Operations Branch and ensuring all operational standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise daily team operations effectively
• Maintain all Accreditation and operational standards
• Collaborate with young offenders' centers for supportive transitions




• Oversee staff training and performance evaluations
• Attend leadership meetings and conduct team briefings

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education required
• Experience with youth affected by trauma is essential
• Must have CPR and first aid certification
• Valid driver’s license required
• Background checks including Police and Child Intervention Checks needed
