In this role, you will assist the Logistics Supervisor by gathering data, analyzing findings, and recommending improvements in logistics operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Dispatch and Couriers, is essential. You'll also support recruitment and training activities while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field assessments with Logistics Couriers
• Support route planning and updates for operational efficiency
• Assist in compliance audits and investigations




• Prepare reports and maintain operational records
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in courier operations
• Valid Class G Driver's license in Ontario, or applicable license in BC or SK
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
