Join the team at Melcor Centre in Lethbridge, Alberta, as an Occupational Therapist II, focusing on specialized pediatric care within our agile Audiology and Children's Allied Health program. Deliver essential therapy services to children primarily from birth to six years.

You will be pivotal in coordinating clinical services as part of an interdisciplinary team. This position calls for strong leadership, effective communication, and a focus on evidence-based practice. You'll be responsible for both direct service provision and operational planning to ensure quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and coordination for occupational therapy services
• Supervise and mentor students and healthcare staff




• Make decisions on complex clinical cases and interventions
• Conduct assessments and manage patient discharges
• Advise on staffing and caseload priorities

Requirements:
• Accredited Master's or bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Eligibility for Alberta College of Occupational Therapists registration
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Preferred community pediatric experience
• Experience with Connect Care is a plus
