Based in Toronto, Perkopolis is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Specialist. You will master our support tools, particularly Zendesk, while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service. This role requires you to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday for seamless team interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding support to Perkopolis community members
• Master Perkopolis’ tools and website functionalities
• Engage with internal teams to advocate for customer needs




• Actively participate in team and company-wide events
• Deliver daily insights to enhance user experience

Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English is essential
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk
• Willingness to work on-site at least three days a week
