Become a vital part of The Salvation Army's supportive housing program as a Front Desk Worker. Ensure a safe environment and provide empathetic support while responding to tenant needs.

In this key role, you will act as the main liaison for tenants, handling inquiries and complaints with respect and understanding. Your responsibilities include conducting wellness checks, maintaining records, and providing referrals as needed. You will work directly under the Program Supervisor and face unique challenges related to the 24-hour operating workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants
• Handle and resolve tenant inquiries and complaints
• Conduct regular wellness checks on tenants
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities
• Liaise with agencies and provide necessary referrals

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Up to one year of related experience
• Experience in a social service setting
• CPR and First Aid training is an asset
• Ability to undergo required background checks
