CIFAR is on the lookout for a Research Program Director to enhance our research efforts. You will manage 4-5 existing programs, ensuring they receive robust support and guidance. This role is critical in facilitating relationships with Program Co-Directors and impacting the research landscape by identifying opportunities for synergy across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategic program management and implementation
• Foster relationships with research leaders and partners
• Guide key program decisions and progress tracking




• Manage budgets alongside Finance and Operations
• Ensure diversity metrics tracking and reporting

Requirements:
• Advanced degree with Ph.D. preferred
• 3-5 years in relevant research policy or administration
• Proficient in collaborative leadership
• Understanding of diverse scholarly disciplines
• Strong knowledge of financial methodologies
