The Province is seeking two Intermediate-level Trainers to lead government-wide training on the 1GX ERP solution. This role entails developing tailored training strategies, creating comprehensive learning materials, and maintaining content quality and relevance. You will work closely with program leadership and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and drive the continuous improvement of training processes and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop role-based training programs for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate training content and readiness
• Enforce governance for training material quality and updates
• Conduct evaluations and implement ongoing improvements based on feedback
• Mentor junior team members to enhance training effectiveness
Requirements:
• Proven experience in delivering training solutions
