You will follow a detailed end‑to‑end process guide and use automated tools from kickoff to go‑live/transition, covering payroll analysis, payroll interview, configuration request, employee load, testing, year‑to‑date load, payroll parallels, and netsecure migration, supported by the Implementation Team Lead and support team.Manage projects. For projects without an assigned PM, you’ll handle project delivery and execution for mid‑market client implementations, from initial identification to hand‑off to the Client Service Delivery team, while planning, leading, and motivating a cross‑functional team.Serve as the subject‑matter expert. Lead comprehensive project plans, identify risks, and execute best practices and industry‑leading methodology.Partner internally.
