Commercial Project Manager – Kelowna Commercial Project Manager with a background in commercial and/or multifamily residential construction who will plan, supervise and close construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with all project stakeholders, engineers, architects and clients to determine and coordinate project specifications.

Negotiate contracts, award and manage subcontractors.

Review shop drawings for coordination.

Submit and manage RFIs and submittals.

Develop and plan for project requirements (manpower, equipment, materials).

Code all job costs and report monthly on financial project status.

Chair required project meetings.

Develop and update project schedules.

Write scope of work documents.

Supervise staff work; duties may evolve based on project and organizational needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum five years of proven experience as a Commercial / Residential Project Manager.

In‑depth understanding of construction and project management principles.

Outstanding communication, leadership and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Experience with WorkSafe BC safety standards.

Good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project.

Familiarity with Vista by Viewpoint an asset.





PMP certification or equivalent; a Business Degree is also considered an asset.

Red Seal trade qualification is an asset.

Valid driver’s licence and clean abstract required.
