About this role Through the development and execution of the FIN Digital & Data Strategy, this role will lead FINs Digital Enablement team to modernize FINs systems, data infrastructure and related processes, including AI adoption.

The Strategy will deliver on FINs objectives while strengthening digital capabilities, driving innovation, and ensuring the FIN function is equipped to adapt, evolve, and succeed in a rapidly changing, data-driven environment.

It will enable a reliable, integrated, and future-ready finance technology environment that empowers users across the Bank to manage finances, plan strategically, perform analysis, and deliver trusted financial reporting.

Reporting to the Director, Finance Transformation & Systems, and a member of FINs leadership team, this position will lead a team of FIN system architects and business analysts.

Being a change agent, advocating for FIN needs and building solid partnerships with the Banks Data and Digital Services (DDS), IT Services as well as external third parties will be key to success in delivering integrated digital FIN services.

What you will do Provide technical subject matter expertise and strategic input in the development of FINs digital future, shaping the long-term FIN Digital & Data Strategy and roadmap.

Bring forward new ideas to continuously evolve and shape FIN strategic and annual plans.

Develop technical recommendations, architecture, and implementation plans that support the roadmap.

Lead the FIN Digital Enablement team to ensure strategic integration and high-impact delivery of technology solutions across the FIN function.

Be a strategic technology business partner and advisor to the FIN operational teams leadership as they deliver on FINs priorities and objectives.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Own technology execution in support of FINs transformation agenda.

As a people-leader, create a work environment that inspires the FIN Digital Enablement team to strive, as well as develop and coach every member for them to achieve their full potential.





Partner with and influence other technology leads across the Corporate Administration function (HR, COM, CS, DDS, etc.) to ensure an integrated Bank employee experience and advise FIN Leadership and CA executives on technology priorities and investments.

An excellent understanding of business needs across the Bank (executives, leaders and employees) will be key to delivering solutions that enhance productivity.

Establish a unified system architecture for FIN and ensure its integration with other Bank functions for a value-add digital experience.

This includes accountability for FINs technology ecosystem and ensuring its operational resilience.

Establish a centralized, secure data environment that integrates key FIN systems and enables real-time access to trusted data.

Work in close collaboration with FIN data analytics functional roles to build foundational data pipelines, governance, and access controls to support scalable insights and improved decision-making across FIN.

As a member of FINs extended leadership team, promote innovation and learning across FIN, build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, lead employee-centric change.

Specifically, be a champion of a digital-first mindset, and enable cultural adoption of AI/automation tools within FIN and the Bank.

Looking ahead, continuously scan market and technology roadmaps of Bank third-party partners for innovation and, anticipate future-focused trends related to FIN technology, practices and processes to inform FINs continuous digital evolution.

Foster solid relationships with key internal and external partners and influence Bank priorities to ensure FINs technological needs are met.

Be a thought leader and represent FIN on technology forums.

What you need to succeed You bring a strategic, execution-focused mindset and are able to translate business priorities into practical technology, data and AI solutions.

With strong experience leading technology delivery, systems architecture, data infrastructure or digital transformation in a complex environment, you can provide credible technical advice while working within established strategic direction and governance.

You have a strong understanding of data quality, governance, controls, operational resilience, cyber/security, privacy, data management and responsible AI.

You communicate clearly and concisely, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences and make complex information accessible to a range of partners.

You are a collaborative leader who can influence partners and build robust relationships across FIN, DDS, IT Services and external providers.

You have a proven ability to lead teams, coach employees and create an environment that supports innovation, learning and continuous improvement.

Nice-to-have Experience with SAP, enterprise finance systems, data warehouses/lakehouses, automation tools or AI-enabled solutions.

Experience working in finance, accounting,



corporate services or another complex control-based environment.

Experience leading or supporting large-scale transformation, modernization or system implementation initiatives.

Your education and experience You have a university degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, data, engineering or a related discipline, and 8 years of relevant experience leading technology, data, systems or digital transformation initiatives in a complex organization.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Language requirement T he Banks work environment is conducive to the use of both of Canadas official languages - English and French.

The position language requirement is Level 5 (Fully Functional).

Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $153,721to $180,848 (job grade 19) The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 7 to 10% of your base salary.

The Bank offers additional performance pay (5%) for those who exceed expectations.

Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
