KCR Community Resources is seeking a Family Hub Facilitator for a temporary maternity leave coverage. Your role will focus on creating welcoming spaces and supporting families in accessing community resources.

Join our Family Services team to foster a warm environment where families feel supported. You will plan activities that promote healthy child development and connect families to essential services. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, an understanding of child development, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse family backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan activities to support healthy child development
• Welcome families and maintain a safe Hub environment
• Organize outreach events accessible to families




• Provide one-on-one support and referrals to resources
• Assist in volunteer recruitment and engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum 3 years related experience
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with community resources and cultural safety
• Valid BC Driver's license required
