You will oversee financial statements, participate in budgeting, and lead month-end processes while collaborating with various departments. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial reporting and profitability analysis
• Work alongside department managers on financial performance
• Oversee general ledger maintenance and improvements
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
• Support year-end audit preparation and compliance

Requirements:
• Degree in finance or accounting with 2-5 years' experience
• CPA certification is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Sage 300 and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
