Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver practical training sessions for current and existing teams
• Maintain and enhance training SOPs throughout the department
• Monitor safety compliance in all training activities




• Keep accurate records of training documentation
• Collaborate on vendor-specific training initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years in mine maintenance experience required
• Must possess a Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright Ticket
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication across various levels
• Independent worker with good troubleshooting skills
