What are your contributions to the team?
Planning and organizing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work;
Coordinating work with external contractors;
Preparing work for summer and winter plant shutdowns;
Monitoring the backlog of planned work;
Compiling performance indicators and preparing reports;




Coordinating planning meetings with multidisciplinary teams;
Coordinating machine shutdowns with the appropriate departments;
Representing the maintenance department in meetings related to upcoming maintenance activities.

How to thrive in this role?
Good knowledge of written and spoken French
College diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, logistics, planning, or a related field
5-8 years of experience in a maintenance environment
Strong Excel skills and general computer proficiency
Asset: Knowledge of Maximo (CMMS)
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and take initiative to improve processes
