As a Procurement Specialist, you will report to the Procurement Manager. You will be instrumental in acquiring specialized steel, marine equipment, and services for the Alexandra Bridge Replacement Project. Your role involves navigating complex regulations, industrial sourcing, and logistics coordination to ensure timely project delivery in compliance with Ontario and Quebec mandates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic sourcing for bridge construction components
• Draft and negotiate high-value subcontracts and purchase orders
• Manage logistics for oversized bridge components




• Ensure compliance with applicable procurement regulations
• Liaise with French and English-speaking stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• 5+ years in procurement within Heavy Civil/Infrastructure
• Fluency in French and English for negotiations
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba and Procore
• Familiarity with the Buy Canada Policy Framework
