Embark on an enriching internship as an Accounting Support Analyst at PBS Systems in Milton, ON. Deliver exceptional training and support to customers using our accounting software.

PBS is seeking a motivated intern for a full-time, 6-month contract who will provide top-notch software support to new and existing customers in the accounting module. You will communicate effectively, help customers during the installation process, and ensure positive interactions to maintain partner relationships, all while working 40 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent software support in the Accounting module
• Update customers on escalation statuses at agreed intervals
• Deliver support services in a professional manner




• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Monitor and respond to assigned helpdesk tickets

Requirements:
• Fundamentals of accounting knowledge
• Current student with an Accounting Diploma/Certificate
• Experience in Automotive Dealership Accounting is an asset
• Solid communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
