Join the Municipality of Chatham-Kent as a Public Health Nurse in a full time capacity, either temporary or permanent. This role focuses on promoting health while adhering to community standards and nursing practices.

Two positions are available: one permanent and one temporary until December 2027. As a Public Health Nurse, you will leverage public health and nursing knowledge to support diverse populations. You will balance individual rights against public health needs, interpret complex data, and document findings in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for diverse populations' health needs
• Apply public health knowledge to nursing practice
• Document according to CNO standards and policies
• Respond to health incidents and emergencies
• Develop partnerships to drive community health initiatives

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN)
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current CNO registration
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams
