Key Responsibilities:
• Build and repair railroad tracks effectively
• Inspect workpieces for defects throughout tasks
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
• Communicate daily activities to supervisors
• Manage Welder Helpers in their duties

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of welding experience
• Certified in Thermite Welding processes
• Experience with Oxygen/Propane cutting
• Knowledge of general railroad track work
• Ability to follow safety regulations
