In this full time role within the Performance & Improvement Department, you will manage health promotion projects supporting population health outcomes. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop and monitor project charters, schedules, and communication materials. Your expertise will contribute to the planning and evaluation of health initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes across Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project management for health promotion initiatives
• Develop and monitor key project charters and schedules
• Facilitate working groups and build consensus among stakeholders
• Synthesize evidence for diverse audiences through reports
• Conduct situational analyses and community engagements
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Health Promotion or related field
• Minimum three years in public health or health promotion
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources
• Proven skills in group facilitation and stakeholder management
