You thrive in collaborative environments and are known for your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to navigate complex trade lifecycle processes.As a Strategio Middle Office Business Analyst you will:Partner with middle office, operations, settlements, compliance, and technology stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Analyze and map post-trade workflows including confirmations, affirmations, allocations, clearing, settlement, and reconciliations.Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions,



and stakeholder meetings to identify operational challenges and solution opportunities.Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and detailed documentation.Support initiatives involving investment operations platforms, settlement systems, and post-trade technology enhancements.Collaborate with development and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet operational objectives.Investigate trade lifecycle processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and operational risk reduction.Support testing activities including test planning, user acceptance testing, defect management, and production validation.Analyze trade exceptions, settlement failures, and operational breaks to identify root causes and recommend improvements.Evaluate impacts across middle office, operations, compliance, finance, and technology teams when implementing new solutions.Contribute to operational transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.Core Skills3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Middle Office Analyst, Domain Analyst, or related role.Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Asset Management, Investment Management, or Financial Services environments.Deep knowledge of post-trade operations and the complete trade lifecycle.Experience supporting middle office, settlements, reconciliations, or investment operations teams.Strong understanding of confirmations, affirmations, clearing, settlement, and exception management processes.Experience investigating trade breaks, settlement failures, and operational exceptions.Knowledge of DvP (Delivery versus
